What You'll Do As a Recruiter, you'll find great candidates, get them on the phone, learn about their experience and goals, and connect them with the right opportunities.

You'll:

Make outbound calls and connect with potential candidates Search job boards and our recruiting database for talent Interview and qualify candidates Match candidates with career opportunities Coordinate interviews and follow up throughout the hiring process Build relationships with candidates Work toward clear daily and weekly performance goals This is a high-activity, phone-driven role. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, picks up the phone, and stays motivated without needing to be pushed. Who We're Looking For Recruiting experience isn't what matters most to us.
