What you'll actually do Own advisors from the first meeting through signed and onboarded, whether a setter booked them or you sourced them yourself Source your own advisors on top of setter meetings. More advisors in your book, more money in your pocket Run consultative fit calls: diagnose their business, show them their real ROI, and present the Motiv8 case with proof, not hype Handle the hard objections... comp, transition risk, "I'm comfortable where I am"... across a decision that can take weeks Follow up relentlessly. Advisors rarely say yes on call one Grow and retain your book. You earn on your advisors' production, so their success is literally your paycheck Generate referrals from the advisors you convert Know your pipeline and your numbers cold and report to our Director of Growth and Advisor Relations Who you are You've closed. Ideally you've recruited advisors or sold in financial services, annuities, insurance, or RIA transitions, and you can prove your numbers You're a hunter and a closer.
