Job Description

This is a fully onsite position in the Tampa Bay area. Remote or hybrid work is not available. A confidential employer is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring for operational, technical, professional, and administrative roles. Experience recruiting skilled trades and technical positions is strongly preferred, especially CNC machinists, CNC programmers, manufacturing engineers, and quality professionals. Key Responsibilities Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and direct outreach. Create and post job advertisements. Review resumes and conduct phone screens. Partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs. Coordinate interviews and collect feedback. Maintain timely communication with candidates. Prepare approved offers and manage follow-up. Coordinate background checks, drug screens, and pre-employment steps. Support new-hire start-date and first-day coordination. Keep candidate records and recruiting systems current. Build pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles. Recommend new sourcing strategies and recruiting improvements. Promote job openings and strengthen employer visibility through LinkedIn and other social-media channels. Qualifications Full-cycle recruiting experience required. Skilled-trades or technical recruiting experience strongly preferred. CNC machinist and programmer recruiting experience highly preferred. Strong sourcing, organization, and communication skills. Comfortable managing multiple open roles and priorities. Proficient with LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant-tracking systems. Must be able to work fully onsite. Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
