  • Florida Residents Only Position Summary Seeking a Clinical Trial Recruiter to identify, screen, and recruit eligible participants for clinical research studies while supporting enrollment goals and participant retention.
This remote contract position is open to Florida residents, with preference for candidates located in Tampa. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage potential clinical trial participants through outreach, referrals, and approved recruitment channels. Screen candidates for eligibility based on study requirements. Explain study details, coordinate appointments, and support enrollment activities. Maintain accurate participant records and recruitment tracking systems. Partner with clinical research teams to meet recruitment goals and support participant retention. Follow study protocols, confidentiality requirements, and applicable regulations. Qualifications Experience in clinical research, patient recruitment, healthcare recruiting, or clinical coordination preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with clinical trial protocols and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines is a plus. Workday experience is a plus. Apply Today!
