•Position Summary Access Health Care Physicians, LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to support the organization's continued growth by identifying, attracting, and hiring top healthcare talent. The Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical positions, develop candidate pipelines, build relationships with providers and healthcare professionals, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for providers, advanced practice providers, clinical staff, and non-clinical positions. Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates through various recruitment channels. Coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers, physicians, and leadership teams. Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Conduct reference checks, employment verifications, and background screenings as needed. Prepare and extend employment offers and assist with contract administration. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, educational institutions, professional associations, and recruitment vendors. Attend job fairs, networking events, and professional recruitment conferences. Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems. Collaborate with department leaders to understand workforce needs and staffing priorities. Assist with onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Develop recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified healthcare professionals in competitive markets. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company employment regulations and policies. Generate recruitment reports and track key performance metrics including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline activity, and hiring outcomes. QualificationsRequired Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered. Two (2) or more years of recruiting experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams. Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Healthcare recruiting experience. Experience recruiting Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and clinical support staff. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Knowledge of healthcare credentialing and onboarding processes. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong relationship-building and networking skills. Professional verbal and written communication. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership teams. Excellent negotiation and candidate management skills. High level of professionalism and customer service. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting, computer use, and telephone communication. Occasional travel to practice locations, job fairs, and recruitment events. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
