Hourly Job Summary:

Seeking a people-focused Talent Onboarding & Engagement Specialist to support employee onboarding, engagement, and retention within a manufacturing environment. This role will serve as a key connection between employees, leadership, HR, and staffing partners to ensure a positive workforce experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientations, and employment documentation. Support employee engagement, retention initiatives, and first 90-day check-ins. Build relationships with production associates and provide employee support. Partner with staffing agencies on workforce planning, performance, and retention. Assist with HR activities, employee records, attendance tracking, and compliance initiatives. Support employee relations and workplace communication.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, workforce management, or employee relations. Experience supporting hourly manufacturing, warehouse, or production employees preferred. Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills. Experience with onboarding, staffing partnerships, or employee engagement preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
