What You'll Do:

Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple regions and store locations as well as corporate requisitions Manage a high-volume workload with focus, structure, and consistency Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support ongoing hiring needs Partner closely with field leadership to drive hiring results and solve staffing challenges Take full accountability for outcomes-from candidate engagement to offer acceptance and start
