In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and onboarding top-tier healthcare professionals across various specialties, including dermatology, hospital medicine, urgent care, and emergency medicine. Your expertise will help build a robust talent pipeline to support our mission of delivering exceptional patient care. You will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies that attract highly qualified candidates. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on healthcare delivery by ensuring we have the right talent in place to meet patient demands. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans tailored to specialized healthcare roles such as dermatology, emergency medicine, inpatient and outpatient care, and hospital-based positions. Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and healthcare-specific platforms. Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess clinical skills, medical terminology knowledge, and relevant experience such as EMR/EHR systems proficiency, phlebotomy, medication administration, and medical documentation. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specific staffing requirements for roles involving trauma center experience (Level I & II), PICU experience, or internal medicine specialties. Manage the candidate onboarding process ensuring compliance with medical administrative support standards and credentialing requirements. Maintain accurate records of applicant data, interview feedback, and hiring metrics using electronic health records (EHR) management systems. Stay informed about industry trends in healthcare talent acquisition and continuously improve sourcing strategies to attract top candidates in areas like geriatrics, pharmacology, physiology knowledge, and hospital experience. Experience Proven experience in healthcare recruitment or medical staffing with a strong understanding of medical office management and clinical workflows. Familiarity with medical terminology, ICD coding, anatomy knowledge, vital signs assessment, and medical assisting procedures. Experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems or Electronic Medical Records (EMR) platforms is highly preferred. Knowledge of inpatient and outpatient settings including emergency medicine environments such as Level I & II trauma centers or Level III trauma centers is advantageous. Background in sourcing candidates with expertise in dermatology, internal medicine, hospital medicine, urgent care clinics, or similar specialties. Demonstrated ability to evaluate candidates' clinical skills including basic life support (BLS), medication administration, phlebotomy skills, and medical documentation accuracy. Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in medical records management.
