0-20 Job Summary The Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist is a key member of the People Operations team, responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring high-quality candidates across hourly, skilled, and professional roles. Using innovative sourcing strategies and bilingual communication skills, this role helps fill hard-to-recruit positions and supports the full recruitment life cycle. This specialist also partners with hiring managers, promotes Versova's employer brand, and assists in other HR and strategic People Operations initiatives to drive organizational growth and maintain a positive work culture.
