0-20 Job Summary The Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist is a key member of the People Operations team, responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring high-quality candidates across hourly, skilled, and professional roles. Using innovative sourcing strategies and bilingual communication skills, this role helps fill hard-to-recruit positions and supports the full recruitment life cycle. This specialist also partners with hiring managers, promotes Versova's employer brand, and assists in other HR and strategic People Operations initiatives to drive organizational growth and maintain a positive work culture. Essential Job Functions Recruitment Support Hiring Manager Collaboration Event Coordination Cultural Ambassadorship Job Description Management Strategic Projects Additional Responsibilities Required Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish 0-2 years of recruiting experience Experience with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft office tools Strong communication interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in agriculture, manufacturing, or logistics sectors. Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Work Environment This is primarily an office-based role with occasional travel to recruiting events, universities, and operational sites.
