Duties Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation to secure top talent efficiently. Conduct interviews with a focus on assessing skills, cultural fit, and employment law compliance while providing an exceptional candidate experience. Assist in onboarding activities such as employee orientation. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations related to talent acquisition and HR legal standards. Collaborate on succession planning efforts by identifying potential internal candidates for future roles. Qualifications Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, including external recruiting, and high volume recruitment environments. Familiarity with HR systems such as Paycom, is highly desirable. Knowledge of employment law in talent management and HR legal compliance is essential. Demonstrated ability in candidate sourcing through various channels including social media marketing (recruitment), research, and leveraging talent management software. Experience with technical recruiting for specialized roles is preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Pay:
