Responsibilities Source, attract, and engage top talent through innovative strategies including social media marketing, research, cold calling, and talent management software. Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to presenting qualified candidates to clients. Negotiate offers and employment terms with candidates and clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions. Stay current with employment law in talent management, HR legal compliance, and industry best practices to ensure ethical and legal recruiting standards. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as UltiPro or HR systems for efficient candidate management and reporting. Collaborate with internal teams on training & development initiatives, employee orientation, employee evaluation, and succession planning. Lead efforts in high volume recruitment campaigns for technical roles or specialized positions across multiple sectors. Qualifications Proven experience in external recruiting, executive recruiting, or internal recruiting within a staffing agency environment. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and clients effectively. Expertise in candidate sourcing techniques including social media marketing (recruitment), research methods, cold calling, and lead generation. Familiarity with talent management software such as ATS platforms (e.g., UltiPro) and HR systems for tracking recruitment activities. Knowledge of employment & labor law in talent management to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Experience with HR sourcing, campus recruitment, technical recruiting, and high volume recruitment preferred. Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships through relationship management skills within diverse client portfolios.
