As our operations continue to grow, we are seeking a driven and dynamic recruiter to help us attract and retain top-tier talent that keeps our business moving forward. Position Overview As a Full-Time Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified truck drivers OR warehouse personnel. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and execute effective recruitment strategies. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from initial outreach and screening to onboarding—while ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders. Beyond hiring, you will support driver engagement and retention through regular follow-ups and proactive communication. Key Responsibilities Recruit and hire qualified drivers for open roles and scheduled shifts Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on experience, safety record, and cultural fit Manage pre-employment processes (JJ Keller, drug screenings, background checks, etc.) Ensure compliance with DOT and FMCSA hiring regulations Coordinate and schedule road tests and driver training Lead structured onboarding and orientation sessions Set clear expectations around safety, professionalism, and performance Oversee onboarding from start to finish, ensuring all documentation and systems are completed Conduct follow-ups with new hires at 1 week, 30, 60, and 90 days Act as a support resource for drivers while maintaining alignment with dispatch and leadership Monitor driver satisfaction, identify concerns early, and escalate when needed Support recruiting efforts during peak hiring periods Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (transportation/logistics industry preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational and time management abilities High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability Valid driver's license Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $20.00- $23.00 plus bonus/commission structure.
