ROLE We are seeking an organized, personable, and motivated Recruiter to support staffing and hiring efforts across multiple senior living communities. This position will focus on attracting qualified candidates, maintaining an active candidate pipeline, coordinating interviews, and helping each community maintain appropriate staffing levels. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys connecting with people, understands the importance of building strong teams, and can manage multiple hiring priorities across several locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Create, post, and maintain job advertisements on Indeed, social media, job boards, and other recruiting platforms. Proactively source candidates through online platforms, referrals, community outreach, and other recruitment strategies. Recruit for a variety of positions, including caregivers, medication aides, dietary staff, housekeeping, activities, maintenance, and leadership roles. Review applications and resumes to identify candidates who meet position requirements. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications, availability, experience, and interest. Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, including scheduling, follow-up, and status updates. Maintain timely communication and moving qualified candidates through the hiring process. Facilitate a positive candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance. Prepare and extend employment offers as directed. Partner with community leadership to develop creative solutions for attracting and retaining employees. Track completion of required pre-employment documentation and hiring steps. Process background check coordination, employment eligibility documentation, and other required screening processes as assigned. Ensure recruiting and candidate records are maintained accurately and confidentially. Follow company policies and applicable employment requirements throughout the recruitment process.

Pay:

$24.00 - $27.00 per hour
