Recruiter (manufacturing), Cary, Illinois, $30
- $40 / hr depending on experience 8am
- 4:30 Monday
- Friday ONSITE Zing Recruiting has partnered with a top GLOBAL manufacturing company to fill an onsite role for a Recruiter.
Qualifications Include:
Degree preferred 2+ years' experience full cycle recruiting within manufacturing Responsibilities include: Identifying needs from hiring managers Entering positions into our ATS (Beeline/SuccessFactors) and obtaining appropriate approvals Sourcing candidates from a variety of approaches/social media/targeted reach out, etc Qualifying candidates for the various roles Conducting initial phone screens and presenting/recommending candidates to be interviewed by various departments Scheduling all subsequent interviews Drafting and extending offers of employment Following the onboarding process through completion Zing Recruiting is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
