What You'll Do Source and engage potential candidates through and other recruiting channels. Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening calls. Support interview scheduling and candidate experience initiatives. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to help build high-performing teams across SThree. Learn how talent acquisition drives business growth and organizational success. What We're Looking For Rising Senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Interest in sales, business development, recruiting, or consulting. Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
