Job Description

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

To provide full life cycle recruiting and sourcing for AgileOne's RPO clients. Duties and responsibilities include the ability to creatively source and build relationships with candidates and clients that prove fruitful over time; building a virtual bench of ready candidates for the clients we serve. In addition to recruiting responsibilities, the Recruiting TAP will have responsibilities in coaching and mentoring for a sub-team within an account. The team can consist of recruiters and sourcing recruiters.
DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS
(each duty and function listed indicates % of time to total 100%) : Passive candidate recruiting and creative sourcing, utilizing internet and web-based recruiting sources and systems to identify, manage information and source candidates
  • 50% Enters, maintains and manages ATA database information while tracking requisition and candidate activity
  • 5% Coaching and mentoring of team members in functional area assigned
  • 5% Management of functional team bandwidth
  • 5% Client updates and reporting responsibilities
  • reporting on sourcing results / effectiveness, process improvement and lessons learned
  • 5% First line of escalation for functional area assigned
  • 5% Provide input for design and implementation of sourcing strategies
  • 5% Accurately gather and discover necessary hiring requirements from hiring managers (department profiling)
  • 5% Accurately and professionally convey to candidates an understanding of the business and requirements for each open position
  • 5% Extend offers and facilitate negotiation
  • 5% Ensure that unsuccessful candidates are advised in a timely manner
  • 5% her special assignments and functional roles may be assigned; perform other duties as

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
The primary duties of this position are performance and execution of business operational requirements of the Company. This position's primary duties include the exercise of discretion and independent judgement with respect to matters of significance. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Experience working with Internet recruiting systems to include developing and posting of requisitions and tracking interview/hiring statistics In-depth knowledge/familiarity with web-based job boards, research and applicant tracking systems Ability to handle a high-volume of openings while maintaining flexibility, professionalism and adhering to relevant policies and procedures Strong interpersonal, telephonic and e-communication skills Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments, work with little supervision and work well under pressure Problem solving skills and sound judgment Experience with high volume recruiting is a must! Quick turnaround with quality candidates is key to success for this client. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and work independently with a sense of urgency Strong interpersonal, telephonic and e-communication skills
