Recruiter Required:

Experience as a Recruiter managing full-cycle recruiting in a manufacturing, industrial, automotive, or related environment Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruiting platforms Ability to recruit for both hourly production and professional-level positions Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills Experience partnering effectively with hiring managers and business leaders

Preferred:
