Job Description

About the Opportunity A growing, multi-entity organization is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting efforts across multiple business operations. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to identify and attract qualified candidates beyond traditional job postings. This position requires a proactive recruiting professional who can independently manage multiple requisitions, develop candidate pipelines, and partner effectively with hiring managers to meet evolving staffing needs. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting across several business entities, supporting entry-level, operational, specialized, and corporate positions. Independently manage approximately 15-20 active requisitions while balancing competing priorities. Proactively source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, community outreach, and alternative recruiting channels. Review applications, conduct phone screenings, and evaluate candidate qualifications. Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers. Collaborate with leadership to understand staffing requirements, hiring priorities, and position qualifications. Extend employment offers and coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding handoffs. Maintain accurate applicant tracking records and recruiting documentation. Monitor recruiting metrics, including hiring activity, candidate pipeline development, and time-to-fill. Identify recruiting challenges and recommend solutions to improve hiring outcomes. Additional duties as provided by the reporting manager. Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience. Experience independently managing multiple requisitions in a high-volume or fast-paced environment. Proven ability to proactively source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates. Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills. Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines. Ability to work independently, demonstrate sound judgment, and maintain accountability for results. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to adapt sourcing strategies when traditional methods are unsuccessful. Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Availability to work full-time, on-site. Preferred Qualifications 3-4 years or more of recruiting experience. Experience recruiting across multiple departments, business units, or locations. Experience supporting both high-volume hourly recruiting and professional-level positions. Familiarity with recruiting metrics and workforce planning. Experience recruiting across multiple states. What Makes Someone Successful in This Role? The ideal candidate is self-motivated, resourceful, organized, and comfortable taking initiative. You don't wait for candidates to apply, you know how to find them. You understand that successful recruiting requires more than filling open positions. It requires urgency, consistent follow-through, strong communication, and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. If you're an experienced recruiter who enjoys taking ownership of the hiring process and delivering measurable results, we encourage you to apply. Full-Time Monday - Friday 9A-5:30P On-Site in
