Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of professional Talent Acquisition or full-cycle recruiting experience. Demonstrated success recruiting for skilled trades, construction, home services, manufacturing, or other blue-collar industries is strongly preferred. Experience developing sourcing strategies utilizing online job boards, social media platforms, networking opportunities, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels. Proven experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms including Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and similar tools. Strong administrative background with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions while maintaining an exceptional level of organization and accuracy. Experience collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, define candidate profiles, and support hiring decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage candidates professionally throughout the hiring process. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
Position Summary:
Capps Plumbing & Sewer is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who can take ownership of recruiting and help us continue building a team that lives up to our standards. With earning potential of $58K•64K annually , this role manages the hiring process from sourcing and screening through offers, onboarding, and retention initiatives. Core Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition through onboarding, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and facilitating pre-employment activities. Develop and implement recruiting strategies designed to attract high-quality candidates across multiple departments. Build and maintain strong partnerships with department leaders to understand workforce planning needs and ensure timely hiring. Maintain accurate job postings across recruiting platforms while optimizing postings to maximize candidate engagement. Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop recruitment campaigns, employment branding initiatives, and social media recruiting efforts. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through consistent communication, professionalism, and timely follow-up throughout the hiring process. Coordinate and support new hire onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition into the organization. Develop, implement, and support employee engagement and retention initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction and reducing turnover. Conduct stay interviews, exit interviews, and employee feedback initiatives while identifying trends and recommending process improvements. Coordinate recruiting events, career fairs, community outreach programs, and hiring initiatives to strengthen the company's talent pipeline. Maintain compliance with employment laws, company policies, and hiring best practices while safeguarding confidential information. Prepare and communicate recruiting metrics, hiring progress reports, and End-of-Day (EOD) updates to leadership to support informed business decisions. Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to recruitment processes, systems, and workflows to increase efficiency and hiring success.

Up to $64,000.00 per year
