Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team, driving the full cycle recruitment process for a diverse range of roles across our organization. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in candidate sourcing, employer branding, and relationship management to attract top talent. You will collaborate closely with HR leadership and hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring experience, utilizing advanced talent management platforms. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to influence our talent and contribute to our ongoing success. Responsibilities Manage from beginning to end hiring processes, including identifying hiring needs, creating job descriptions, post openings, screening resumes, interviewing and extending offers. Utilize candidate sourcing efforts through social media management, cold calling, campus recruitment, and external recruiting channels. Build strong relationships with candidates using Candidate Relationship Management. Oversee the screening process by conducting interviews, assessing skills, and evaluating candidate fit. Manage external recruiting agencies when necessary and coordinate employment & labor law compliance throughout the hiring process. Example- Background checks and employment contracts Support employee orientation, training & development initiatives, and succession planning efforts to foster long-term talent growth. Experience Proven experience in full cycle recruiting within a fast-paced environment. Must have strong project management skills and be a multitasker.
