Overview As a Talent Sourcer on a contract-to-hire basis, you'll build strong candidate pipelines and connect people with opportunities across the organization. You'll partner with hiring teams to understand role needs, use research and outreach to find qualified talent, and support a clear, respectful candidate experience. Duties Source and engage candidates for high-volume, technical, executive, campus, and other recruiting needs through internal and external recruiting channels, social media marketing, and cold calling. Coordinate screening and interviewing, support full-cycle recruiting and negotiation, and maintain candidate records in an applicant tracking system (ATS) and talent management software. Build relationships with candidates and hiring teams; support talent management, employee orientation, evaluation, relations, and training and development processes as assigned.

By matching qualified candidates with hiring needs and keeping communication timely, you help candidates navigate the process and teams make informed hiring decisions. Follow human resources (HR) systems and processes, including applicable employment and labor law and HR legal compliance requirements. Experience Experience in recruiting, candidate sourcing, talent acquisition, HR sourcing, or internal or external recruiting is preferred; familiarity with sales and relationship management is valuable. Strong communication, research, interviewing, and negotiation skills; ability to manage multiple searches and priorities. Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Lever, iCIMS, or Kenexa BrassRing, and HR systems such as Paychex, Kronos, or UltiPro, is helpful. Knowledge of employment law in talent management and human resources practices is preferred.

Pay:

$63,500.00 - $75,100.00 per year
