Recruitment Specialist (Full Time)

Pro Resources Staffing Services is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to support our Kendallville, IN office. This is a full time opportunity offering stability, growth, and the chance to play a key role in a busy branch. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is adaptable and open to change. While the role is currently based in Kendallville, this individual will occasionally support our Angola and Auburn offices and should be comfortable with travel as needed. Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus, but not required. What You'll Do Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms Coordinate interviews and follow up throughout the hiring process Complete onboarding, employment verifications, and new hire paperwork Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company processes Support daily office operations and provide excellent customer service What We're Looking For Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, or customer-facing roles preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Adaptable and flexible—comfortable supporting multiple locations and evolving business needs Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office and online recruiting tools Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We Offer Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off and Volunteer Time Off Health Club Reimbursement & Wellness Program Clothing Allowance Ongoing Training and Development Employee Assistance Program Supportive, team-oriented culture Why Pro Resources?
