Recruiter Salary:
$55,000 - $65,000Location:

Recruiter:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple open positions across various departments.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and execute recruiting strategies.
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruiting activity within ATS, CRM, and HRIS platforms while ensuring data accuracy.
- Track recruiting metrics and recommend process improvements to enhance hiring outcomes.
- Coordinate pre-employment activities, offer administration, and onboarding transitions.
Recruiter:
- 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience utilizing ATS, CRM, and HRIS platforms for recruiting and onboarding.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and hiring priorities simultaneously.
- Experience using recruiting metrics and process improvement initiatives to drive results.
