What You'll Be Doing:

Manage the full recruiting process for a variety of positions across the organization. Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, networking events, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach. Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs. Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and make successful hiring decisions. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Represent City Wide in the community through recruiting initiatives, professional associations, career fairs, and networking events.

What We're Looking For:

Proven ability to build relationships and connect with people. Strong networking and sourcing skills with a proactive, hunter mentality. Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about helping teams grow.
