Crown Staffing is currently looking for a Certified Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in our Hopkinsville, KY office.

Position Overview:

The Certified HealthCare Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals to fill positions within psychiatric and behavioral health facilities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, motivated, and experienced in healthcare recruiting, with a strong understanding of licensing requirements and compliance standards in the mental health sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and Recruit:

Identify, attract, and engage CNAs, LPNs, CMTs, and RNs through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and community outreach.

Screen Candidates:

Conduct thorough interviews, credential checks, and reference verifications to ensure candidates meet both agency and facility standards.

Maintain Compliance:

Verify certifications, licensure, background checks, and health requirements in accordance with state and facility regulations.

Client Coordination:

Partner managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and scheduling demands.

Candidate Management:

Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to ensure retention, satisfaction, and ongoing availability for assignments.

Database Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Onboarding:

Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring all documentation and orientation requirements are completed efficiently.

Qualifications:

Certification:

Certified Healthcare Recruiter (CHCR) or equivalent certification preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 1-3 years of healthcare recruiting experience, preferably in psychiatric or behavioral health settings.

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of state licensing requirements and healthcare staffing regulations.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proven ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines
