Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments. This role requires a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with recruitment tools and systems. The Recruiter will play a vital role in building a talented workforce that aligns with our company's goals and culture. Duties Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels including social media management and job boards. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates for various roles. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and maintain records. Conduct cold calling and lead generation activities to identify potential candidates and build talent pipelines. Coordinate and facilitate employee orientation sessions, employee evaluation processes, and employee relations initiatives. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations during all recruitment activities. Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic talent management solutions such as succession planning. Negotiate employment contracts and employment terms with candidates while maintaining positive relationship management. Support HR functions related to contracts, employee onboarding, and training & development programs. Skills Proven expertise in negotiation, talent acquisition, and HR sourcing techniques. Experience with social media management for recruitment purposes. Excellent communication skills for interviewing candidates and managing relationships internally and externally. Proficiency in research methods for talent market analysis and lead generation activities. Knowledge of HR functions including employee orientation, employee evaluation processes, contracts management, succession planning, and employee relations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
