Make phone calls to candidates to discuss available job openings. Schedule job interviews for the management team. Help new hires complete basic onboarding paperwork. Enter candidate information accurately into our database. Assist with general office tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Must be fluent in Spanish and English (speaking and reading/writing). Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with people. Basic computer skills (email, entering data into simple forms). Communication skills and a good attitude. Willingness to learn new tasks and follow directions.
