Skills Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual proficiency required), with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and data entry software Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining accuracy in employee files Human Resource experience preferred not required.
