New grads welcome to apply!! We are looking for a Recruiter in our West Boylston, Massachusetts office. Previous experience is not required. He or she needs to be a "go getter" and not be afraid to hit the phones. We are a high-volume staffing agency placing manufacturing and warehouse jobs. Base salary plus unlimited commission structure! ABOUT THE ROLE/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a full-time, onsite Recruiter role. Provide professional recruiting for contract & permanent jobs within manufacturing and warehouse fields. Responsible for recruiting, including candidate discovery, screening & assessment. Responsible for coordinating the interview process with candidates & negotiating final offers. Responsible for finalization of job orders (scheduling drug screens & background checks, performing reference checks, etc.). Identify candidates from proprietary internal system, referrals & internet sourcing (LinkedIn, Google, Indeed, Monster, ZipRecruiter, Facebook, etc.).
WHAT WE OFFER
No cap on commissions - you set the pace for your success! Hands-on training with veteran recruiting staff. Opportunity for advancement. Health & dental insurance, 401K with employer match, paid time off with additional holidays.
  • $45-50K salary depending on experience + commission (competitive commission structure)
  • $56-70K achievable first-year On-Target Earnings (OTE), salary + commission

    Mon-Fri 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
