Interim HealthCare is looking for a motivated, organized, and fast-paced Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. This position will focus on recruiting and hiring approximately 10-15 clinicians per month, including CNAs, LPNs, RNs, Physical Therapists, and Occupational Therapists. The ideal candidate is someone who can multitask, manage multiple candidates at various stages of the hiring process, and consistently meet recruiting goals. Job Duties Recruit, screen, and interview qualified healthcare professionals. Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and upcoming staffing needs. Recruit CNAs, LPNs, RNs, PTs, and OTs . Manage multiple candidates and job openings simultaneously. Conduct phone and virtual interviews. Coordinate background checks, credentialing, and onboarding requirements. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Maintain accurate candidate information in the applicant tracking system. Partner with operations and staffing teams to prioritize urgent hiring needs. Meet monthly recruiting and hiring goals. Qualifications Previous recruiting, staffing, or healthcare recruiting experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organization and follow-up skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment . Ability to multitask and manage numerous candidates at the same time. Strong computer skills and ability to learn recruiting software. Professional, dependable, and results-oriented. Benefits 60,000 base rate with uncapped commision plan. Pay:

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
