WHAT YOU'LL DO
Recruit real estate agents and support staff through multiple sourcing channels Proactively source candidates through Indeed, social media, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach Conduct phone screens and initial interviews Manage candidates through every stage of the hiring process Coordinate interviews with leadership Build and maintain a strong recruiting pipeline Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate candidate records Follow up consistently with active and passive candidates Help strengthen our employer brand through recruiting initiatives and social media Attend career fairs, networking events, and recruiting opportunities when needed Continuously improve recruiting systems and processes
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred Sales, customer service, or relationship-building experience is a plus Exceptional communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable making outbound calls and building relationships Positive, energetic, and professional Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems Driven by goals, performance, and results

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
