Downtown Rochester, MI Compensation:

$40,000

•50,000 Base Salary + Commission We're looking to add a Recruiter to our team. Someone who thrives on connecting with construction professionals, building relationships, and finding the right people for the right opportunities. Experience recruiting within the construction industry is a big plus. We want someone who understands how construction works, the different roles on a project, how field and office teams operate, the demands of project schedules, and what it takes to identify professionals who can step into an organization and make an impact. You'll be a great fit if you: Have a strong foundation in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing candidates through the interview, offer, and placement process. Are comfortable identifying and engaging professionals across a wide range of field, project management, and corporate construction roles. Understand construction terminology, project environments, and the differences between roles in the field and those supporting projects from the office. Know how to ask the right questions to understand a candidate's experience, project history, technical capabilities, career goals, and overall fit. Can partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, priorities, team dynamics, and what they're truly looking for beyond the job description. Know how to build and maintain strong talent pipelines while leveraging relationships and proactive outreach to uncover candidates who may not be actively looking. Recognize that no two clients or projects are the same and take the time to understand each organization's culture, business goals, project needs, and expectations. Are comfortable picking up the phone, starting conversations, and building relationships with people at all levels of the construction industry. Are competitive, accountable, and motivated by both individual success and being part of a growing team.
