Compensation & Benefits $40K base salary Uncapped performance bonuses Earn $250+ per hire Top performers can earn more than $100,000 annually Structured training Career advancement opportunities Responsibilities Recruit CDL drivers, dock workers, and support employees Make 30-50 outbound recruiting calls daily Respond to approximately 15-20 inbound calls each day Source candidates through job boards, databases, and direct outreach Screen applicants and conduct phone interviews Explain job requirements, schedules, and hiring steps Maintain consistent candidate follow-up Coordinate qualified candidates through the hiring process Track candidate activity and status in Workday Build pipelines for multiple positions and locations Work toward individual activity, hiring, and bonus goals Required Qualifications Comfortable making 30-50 outbound calls daily Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills Persistent and able to handle frequent rejection Motivated by goals, competition, and earning potential Organized and capable of managing multiple candidates Basic computer and system-navigation skills Coachable and willing to learn recruiting processes Able to work onsite in Warren, Michigan Preferred Qualifications Experience in recruiting, inside sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, logistics, or another performance-based environment Previous success working toward quotas, commissions, tips, or measurable goals Familiarity with Workday, Indeed, Tenstreet, or similar platforms Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, logistics, or a related field Transportation or trucking industry exposure Schedule Full-time Onsite If you're competitive, coachable, and ready to turn conversations into hires—and hires into uncapped bonuses—apply today.
