Monday through Friday Management Experience Recruiter Experience Duties Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple positions, including technical, executive, campus, and high-volume roles. Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies utilizing social media marketing (recruitment), talent management software, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and other HR systems like UltiPro and Kenexa BrassRing. Conduct comprehensive candidate sourcing through research, cold calling, networking events, and external recruiting channels to build a diverse talent pipeline. Screen resumes, interview candidates, and facilitate assessment processes to identify top talent aligned with role requirements. Negotiate employment offers, coordinate onboarding activities such as employee orientation and training & development programs, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. Maintain compliance with HR legal requirements including employment & labor law, HR sourcing standards, and employment law in talent management practices. Foster strong relationships with hiring managers through regular communication, talent management discussions, and succession planning initiatives to meet staffing needs effectively. Experience Proven experience in full cycle recruiting across various industries with a focus on high-volume recruitment environments. Strong knowledge of HR legal compliance, employment law, and best practices in talent acquisition and employee relations. Demonstrated ability to utilize talent management software such as UltiPro or Kenexa BrassRing efficiently. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Experience conducting interviews for technical roles as well as campus recruitment initiatives. Familiarity with social media marketing (recruitment) strategies to enhance candidate sourcing efforts. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and internal stakeholders.
