Job Description
Our client, a Automotive Manufacturing company, is looking for a Recruiter for their Warren, MI/Austin, TX/Hybrid location.
Responsibilities:
A recruiter will manage full life cycle recruiting for Global Vehicle Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering teams, specifically Hiring Manager intake calls, posting requisitions and reviewing/screening/vetting candidates and working with TA Coordinators to schedule all interviews, and the Offer Extension/Negotiation.
Conduct hiring manager intake calls; post and manage reqs.
Review resumes, source talent, and complete candidate phone screens.
Own candidate communication and the interview/selection process.
Partner with interview coordinators and use available AI-enabled interview tools.
Facilitate offer discussions and negotiations.
Maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting partners.
Requirements:
Approximately 3-5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
Experience independently managing reqs and partnering with hiring managers.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, changing environment.
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Strong organization, communication, initiative, and judgment.
Staffing agency and high-volume recruiting experience.
Bachelor's degree preferred. Candidates without a degree must have at least four additional years of relevant experience beyond the required 3-5 years.
Workday experience is strongly preferred; automotive experience is a plus.
LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing experience preferred.
This role emphasizes independent, high-volume hiring manager partnership from intake through offer acceptance.
The ideal candidate is a curious, motivated self-starter who can independently manage a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting desk.
