We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support hiring efforts across the Central Region in a long-term contract capacity based in Chanhassen, Minnesota. In this role, you will work closely with the recruiting team to identify, assess, and advance talent for a wide range of positions, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and candidate evaluation. This opportunity is well suited for a proactive recruiting specialist who thrives in fast-moving environments and can manage multiple searches while building strong talent pipelines.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with regional recruiters to support active searches and keep hiring activity moving efficiently across multiple requisitions.
• Join intake discussions with hiring managers to understand business priorities, position expectations, and the profile of ideal candidates.
• Develop sourcing strategies that uncover both active applicants and passive talent across technical, sales, operations, and corporate functions.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations to determine alignment with role requirements before sharing suitable candidates with the recruiting team.
• Build and maintain talent pools for current openings as well as anticipated future hiring needs.
• Use recruiting platforms and search tools to engage candidates, expand outreach efforts, and improve pipeline quality.
• Confirm key qualifications such as geographic fit, experience level, and job-specific capabilities during the screening process.
• Provide recruiters with candidate summaries, market insights, and supporting information to help guide next-step decisions.
