• Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Partner , supporting our Circular Products (CP) Business Unit across our Sauk Rapids and Winsted locations.

In this role, you will lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial intake meetings and sourcing strategies through offer negotiation and onboarding support. You'll also drive innovative recruiting initiatives focused on improving quality of hire, reducing time-to-fill, and delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

primarily onsite Sauk Rapids, MN with the occasional onsite in

Winsted, MN Salary Range:

$67,816

• $80,829/year (Exempt) (In compliance with Minnesota Pay Transparency Law, this range reflects the anticipated compensation for this role.
