Part-Time Recruiter -
The Recruiter will partner closely with hiring leaders, identify qualified candidates, conduct initial screens, and recommend top candidates for next steps.
Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers and HR leaders to understand recruiting needs and open positionsReview resumes and identify qualified candidatesProactively source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting channelsConduct initial candidate screens and assess qualificationsRecommend strong candidates to the recruiting team for further considerationCoordinate and support the interview process, including in-person interviews and testingManage multiple openings simultaneously and maintain strong candidate communicationUtilize the current ATS while supporting the transition to a new ATS platformCurrent Hiring NeedsThe Recruiter will support a variety of positions, including:
Accounting SpecialistsAccounting ManagersAccounts Receivable professionalsProduction Support - 3rd shiftPress Brake DesignersMachinists - multiple shiftsBilingual Technical Customer ServiceDesign Automation EngineersSales Desk RepresentativesApplications Engineers
