In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer, source diverse candidates through digital and community channels, and provide a high-touch experience aligned with our relationship-driven culture. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, leverage ATS tools and data to optimize pipelines, ensure compliance with banking and employment regulations, and support employer branding and community-focused hiring initiatives while contributing to professional development and growth across the organization.
