8 hours a day, Monday through Friday; start times are fairly flexible, generally between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM.

Position Summary:

Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle including posting job advertisements, searching the Internet and relevant databases, networking and qualifying candidates. Screens,interviews and registersprospective professionalcandidates.

Background & Context:

Handles recruitment activities while providing professional support to managers and advancing compensation, people development, and equal employment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle including posting job advertisements, searching the Internet and relevant databases, networking and qualifying candidates. Screens,interviews and registersprospective professionalcandidates. Submits and reviews candidates with the hiring manager. Assists in negotiating salaries and satisfying customer's needs. Handles multiple requests simultaneously and provide professional support to managers. Able to understand and advance company's compensation, people development, and equal employment strategies.

Qualification & Experience:

Strong full life cycle recruiting and sourcing experience needed Bachelor's degree with 2 years experience in talent sourcing and/or full life cycle recruiting experience.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

8 hours a day, Monday through Friday. Start times are fairly flexible. Some on my team start at 7 A.m. start as late as 830. I don't want anybody starting too much later than 830 though. We would have to discuss that if there's a specific reason why somebody would need to.
