In this important role, you'll be responsible for attracting qualified driver candidates, guiding them through the onboarding process, and developing strong relationships that encourage long-term success and retention. Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays Monday-Friday Work Schedule Career Growth and Advancement Opportunities Supportive and Collaborative Team Environment What You'll Do Driver Recruitment Source and recruit qualified driver candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and community outreach Attend job fairs, hiring events, and community functions to promote driving opportunities Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective drivers Screen applicants and guide candidates through the hiring process Promote zTrip as an employer of choice within the local market Onboarding & Driver Support Conduct new driver orientations and onboarding sessions Assist candidates with paperwork, licensing requirements, and onboarding documentation Ensure drivers are prepared for a successful start with the company Serve as a primary point of contact for new driver questions and support Help drivers understand company policies, procedures, and expectations Driver Retention & Engagement Develop and maintain positive relationships with active drivers Conduct regular follow-ups with new and existing drivers Address driver concerns and connect them with available resources Support initiatives designed to improve driver satisfaction and retention Foster a positive, professional, and supportive driver culture Work closely with operations teams to enhance the overall driver experience Reporting & Collaboration Maintain accurate recruiting, hiring, and retention records Track recruiting activity, onboarding progress, and retention metrics Provide regular reports and updates to leadership Partner with operations and management teams to support staffing goals and driver success Recommend improvements to recruiting and retention strategies Qualifications Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, customer service, sales, human resources, staffing, or a related field preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent relationship-building abilities Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, dependable, and results-oriented Professional, positive, and team-focused attitude Passion for helping people succeed Why Join zTrip?
