Staffing Recruiter - Saltillo, MS Full-Time | On-Site About the Role TKO StaffPros LLC is hiring a Staffing Recruiter for our Saltillo office. You'll run our recruitment pipeline day to day: guiding candidates through the process, keeping interviews on schedule, and helping our clients hire well by connecting them with strong talent. What You'll Do Manage the full recruiting cycle: Draft and post jobs, and carry candidates through onboarding Screen candidates: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to find top talent Coordinate interviews: Schedule interviews between qualified candidates and clients Keep data accurate: Maintain candidate databases and track key recruiting metrics Partner with hiring managers: Understand staffing needs and help shape targeted recruiting strategies Own the candidate experience: Be the main point of contact and keep the process professional and smooth for every applicant What You Bring Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 1-2 years of experience in staffing or recruiting Strong skills with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software Excellent communication, time management, and organization, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting A collaborative attitude and strong attention to detail Familiarity with employment law and hiring best practices is a plus What We Offer Competitive base salary plus performance bonuses A collaborative, energetic team culture Real opportunities for professional development and career growth
