As a Recruiter, you'll spend much of your day on the phone with candidates and clients building relationships, identifying top talent, and making successful job matches. Schedule:

Monday to Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with some flexibility Friday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Competitive Hourly Wage (DOE) + uncapped commission

Source, interview, and screen candidates, presenting only the best matches to clients Build strong relationships with candidates and clients through phone and email communication Hit weekly and monthly production goals with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission Participate in training and ongoing development to sharpen your skills

Qualifications:
