Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Recruiting Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts and drive the growth of our organization. In this role, you will oversee full-cycle recruiting processes, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and manage relationships with internal teams and external partners. Your expertise will ensure we attract top talent across various functions, from entry-level to executive roles, while maintaining compliance with employment laws and fostering a positive candidate experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our talent pipeline and contribute to our company's success through effective recruitment leadership. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding for multiple departments. Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies utilizing social media marketing (recruitment), HR sourcing, and research techniques to attract high-quality candidates. Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, provide guidance on hiring best practices, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Conduct executive recruiting and campus recruitment initiatives to build a diverse talent pipeline for current and future needs. Oversee high-volume recruitment campaigns, ensuring timely placement of candidates while maintaining quality standards. Ensure compliance with HR legal requirements, employment law in talent management, and internal recruiting policies throughout all hiring activities. Qualifications Proven experience in full cycle recruiting across multiple industries with a focus on technical recruiting and high-volume hiring. Demonstrated expertise in talent management, candidate sourcing, and relationship management. Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other computer systems. Ability to lead training & development initiatives related to recruiting best practices and employee orientation programs. Experience with social media marketing (recruitment), lead generation techniques, and external recruiting channels to enhance candidate outreach.
