Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruiting operations for a contract opportunity in Asheville, North Carolina. This position plays a key role in keeping hiring activity organized, responsive, and aligned with business needs across a dynamic organization in the museum, art gallery, botanical, and zoo space. The ideal candidate brings strong coordination skills, recruiting knowledge, and the ability to manage job posting activity, candidate communications, and talent acquisition reporting with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the creation, updating, and maintenance of approved job requisitions in Workday while ensuring openings are published correctly across internal and external career channels. Collaborate with HR partners and hiring managers to coordinate recruiting support, respond to staffing priorities, and help advance ongoing talent acquisition efforts. Manage job advertisements across platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and similar sources, keeping listings current, accurate, and aligned with posting standards. Refine candidate-facing recruiting content, including job titles, posting language, screening questions, and related materials to promote consistency and clarity. Administer sponsored listings, featured postings, job slots, and sourcing resources while tracking application flow, channel effectiveness, and recruiting-related expenses through regular reports. Assist with sourcing initiatives and high-volume hiring activities by coordinating interview schedules, hiring events, fast-track recruiting efforts, and other targeted campaigns. Maintain the organization's employer brand presence on recruiting and employer review sites, including platforms such as Glassdoor and Breakroom, ensuring content remains up to date and on brand. Prepare offer letters and support timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to help create a smooth and well-organized experience. Provide day-to-day recruiting coordination through interview scheduling, applicant status updates, requisition maintenance, and general administrative support for hiring workflows. Update recruiting trackers, templates, process documents, and standard procedures while performing routine audits and contributing to broader talent acquisition projects. 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, or a related HR support role. Hands-on experience with job posting management and requisition administration, preferably in Workday or a comparable applicant tracking system. Working knowledge of sourcing and recruiting platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and ZipRecruiter. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings, schedules, and deadlines simultaneously. Clear written and verbal communication skills for candidate correspondence, offer documentation, and collaboration with internal stakeholders. Experience supporting corporate recruiting processes, including interview coordination, reporting, and candidate tracking. Familiarity with employer branding practices and maintaining accurate recruiting content across external channels. High attention to detail and accuracy when handling postings, reports, templates, and recruiting documentation.
