Parks Automotive Group is looking for an organized, detail-oriented People Operations Partner to join our team! This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized, managing multiple priorities, supporting employees and managers, and helping keep important People Operations processes running smoothly.

Job Qualifications:

Utilizes exceptional multitasking and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and emphasis on quality Proven time management and follow through skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks with tight deadlines Automotive experience is a plus Possess a high level of dependability, maturity, confidentiality, and courtesy Displays superior written and oral communication skills and employs effective listening skills. Displays tactful, mature and professional demeanor with well developed interpersonal skills Uses problem solving skills and past experience to overcome workplace challenges, develop new processes, and define outcomes.
