Position Summary ECU Health and ECU Health Physicians are seeking a physician recruiter to recruit physicians and advanced practice providers for hospitals and practices located across eastern North Carolina. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience in healthcare related recruitment or sales.

Job Responsibilities:

Communicating efficiently with employers and employees ensuring the needs of both are met in a timely and effective manner Development of candidate pipeline through working relationships with schools, residency programs & medical societies/associations on identification of physicians seeking employment Pre-screening candidates, coordinating on-site interviews, face-to-face interviewing and collection of feedback from interview panel Establishing a rapport with candidates ECU Health is one of the largest healthcare systems in North Carolina, serving more than 1.4 million people through its regional network of 9 hospitals serving 29 counties.
