Job Description
Sirius Staffing is seeking an experienced Recruiter for a short-term opportunity with the potential for extension. This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in the Greensboro/Whitsett, NC area to support local hiring events, job fairs, and occasional onsite recruiting activities. Seeking a recruiter with high-volume Manufacturing expertise.
Create compelling job postings and position descriptions to attract qualified candidates.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain clear communication throughout the hiring process.
Extend offers, negotiate employment terms, and guide candidates through the onboarding process.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Represent Sirius Staffing at local job fairs, hiring events, and community recruiting initiatives.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Stay current on recruiting trends, sourcing strategies, and employment regulations to ensure best practices.
QualificationsPrevious full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting high-volume manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, or professional roles.
Must reside in the Greensboro/Whitsett, NC area.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and sourcing tools.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of employment laws, interviewing techniques, and recruiting best practices.
