This role focuses on identifying and engaging top talent across manufacturing-related functions, including operations, quality, and engineering. The ideal candidate thrives in a part-time capacity, is highly self-directed, and excels at building strong candidate pipelines using modern sourcing tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines for technical and high-demand roles within manufacturing environments Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools to identify qualified talent Partner closely with internal recruiting teams to understand hiring needs and align sourcing strategies Proactively engage passive candidates and maintain consistent communication throughout the sourcing process Support recruitment efforts for high-volume roles while ensuring quality and efficiency Track and manage candidate activity, ensuring an organized and streamlined workflow Continuously refine sourcing strategies to improve candidate quality and time-to-fill

QUALIFICATIONS

Prior experience sourcing candidates within manufacturing environments; exposure to regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals is strongly preferred Demonstrated success building pipelines for technical roles, including operations, quality assurance, and engineering Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and various job boards Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a part-time work structure Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
