Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Truck Driving Recruiter to join our growing transportation team. In this vital role, you will lead efforts to attract, evaluate, and onboard qualified truck drivers who meet our high standards for safety, reliability, and professionalism. Your energetic approach to talent acquisition will help us build a strong driver network, ensuring seamless operations across our logistics and freight services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence our company's success by sourcing top-tier talent through innovative recruiting strategies and relationship management. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified truck drivers using social media marketing (recruitment), job boards, industry events, and cold calling techniques. Manage full cycle recruiting processes, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and onboarding of new drivers. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, external recruiting agencies, driving schools, and industry partners to expand the talent pool. Utilize talent management software and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as Tenstreet. Conduct high volume recruitment campaigns while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law regulations and HR legal standards. Negotiate employment terms with candidates, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements. Coordinate employee orientation, training & development programs for new hires to promote retention and career growth within the organization. Requirements Proven experience in recruiting roles with a focus on HR sourcing, external recruiting, or executive recruiting within transportation or logistics sectors preferred. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication skills to effectively engage candidates and hiring managers. Familiarity with employment law in talent management, HR legal compliance, and employment & labor law regulations relevant to driver recruitment. Experience with high volume recruitment processes and technical recruiting tools for sourcing specialized driver talent. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Pay:

$25.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
